The Board of Directors plays an integral role in representing the best interests of the membership and developing strategic vision for the cooperative.

What’s the position?
The board vacancy is for an At-Large seat. That means the director can reside in any of the six counties in Cherryland’s service territory. The candidate appointed will serve the remainder of the current term ending on June 15, 2017. The appointed director will have an opportunity to run for additional terms as outlined in the co-op’s bylaws.
- Applicant must be a Cherryland member.
- Applicant’s primary residence must be served by the cooperative.
- Applicant can neither be a Cherryland employee nor have an immediate family member employed by the cooperative or an affiliated organization.
