Start Service

First of all… welcome to Cherryland! Whether you’re new to northern Michigan or just new to us, we’re glad you’re joining our co-op—and we hope you are, too! To get started, the primary account holder should give us a call at (231) 486-9200 or stop by our office in Grawn (we close at 4:00 during the week).

Stop Service

We’re sad to see you go! Closing your service is pretty painless—call our office at (231) 486-9200 anytime from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the week. As long as you have a date to end the service and a forwarding address where we can send your last bill, that’s all we need.

Report An Outage

We’ve all been there, and it’s no fun losing power (although it can be fun playing flashlight tag in the house). If your lights go out, first make sure it’s not your circuit breaker. If things look good there, report the outage through your SmartHub account. You can also call (231) 486-9200 and use our phone prompts to let us know.
